To ensure our clients and other clients being serviced are comfortable, please refrain from bringing additional guest (especially small children & pets) with you to your appointment.
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your
late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
You are responsible for arriving to your appointment on time. We will not extend your appointment time if you are late. Doing so takes away from other clients who arrive on time. You will also be responsible for paying the full price for the time you have schedule.
Please take traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances into consideration when scheduling appointments. If you arrive late to your appointment you are ineligible for complementary touch ups if any issues are presented. You may also be asked to schedule your following refill earlier than normal to maintain proper lash maintenance.
Refills must be scheduled within 21 days (3 Weeks) of previous appointment and you must have at least 40% extensions on each eye. If you don’t come within 21 days & with at least 40% of extensions on each eye, it will be considered a full set and you will be schedule accordingly. Please schedule refills in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Any Cancellation within 24 hours or a No Show will result in a “$25 of scheduled service” fee that will be charged to the card on file. The card you put on file will be charged at the time of the cancellation. If the card is declined, that fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. There are no exceptions to this policy. My time is valuable, as is yours.
All services are non-refundable. You are paying for my time and product, both are things that cannot be returned. However, I do want you to love your new eyelash extensions. Please notify me of any issues or if you are unhappy for any reason within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
We will make it right and offer a complementary touch up that must be scheduled within 5 days of scheduled appointment.
We are not responsible for issues due to improper after care. Refunds are not issued in the event of an allergic reaction. However, we will remove your extensions free of charge.
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $25 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
